I would save your money and use it to buy ABLB straws/broods. Neither of these stallions are going to do much for improving your lines. |

It's honestly not worth it to buy a non-LB EEE stallion if you are desiring to breed LB or nice EEE horses. It would be wisest to invest your money into straws or breedings to ABLB stallions. I personally don't keep EEE colts/stallions unless they are on their breed eventing LB or very high on one of the single discipline leaderboards. |

Still even a LB horse can have low quality offspring. Even the Darkling sired PPP and lower foals...
I second WildWillow
Both stallions had had their chance to produce decently and didn't. They might be good to produce you cheap show horses but otherwise you'd be better off breeding to ABLBs
