Ive been on the PONLB for a while and steadily creeping upwards, then also the ISHLB despite actively avoiding breeding the bloody things 🤣 I must have bred a very nice SH this year as Ive hopped up to like 64 SHLB when I wasnt even on it last year and was 97 in 198

the form clearly states

Your horse must be at least Eventing Level 3 to join the HEEF.

How is it possible for a yearling to join?

Yearlings can join in Dressage, Jumping, or Cross Country, as they do not need to be level 3 to enter into those disciplines.

The HEEF is the Eventing Federation. That is the only one that restricts the level of the horse. Yearlings can enter the HEDF, HECCF, AND HEJF.
