I purchased a brand yet it does not show on my horses name. Why? |

Brands don't show on horse names. If you apply the brand to horses in your stable, it will appear on the information section of the page, as so:

Horse Nbr: 3222148
Breed: Irish Sport Horse
Sex: Stallion
Birthdate: October 1, 2012
Age: Deceased
Birth Year: 39
Straws Drawn: 4
Height: 15 Hands

Cause it doesnt show in your horses name it shows in your horses describtion, if you added it to the horse. You will see it in the describtion under breeder.

Have you actually applied the brand yet? It doesn't automatically apply to your horses, you need to do it manually. The button to do so is right next to the area where you created the brand. |

Now the brand is not showing up to apply. I give up. just lost 5000 |

Do you have screenshots of the page where it shows your brand, and of your accountant where it shows the ebs being deducted? |

I can not do screen shots. I am down 5000 ebs and it never said anything about my brand. I thought it would just show up on the animals after. It never did. I went back to check on things and the brand is not showing up now. So I guess I am out.

Once you pay for the brand, go to your horse's page. Now, click Manage My Horse Now, look for the subheading that says "Brand" Click that Click Submit. Now check to see if the horse has a brand NOTE- If the horse already has a brand, it can't be re-branded. If you followed the above steps and still can't see a brand on the horse, please post a link to the horse you tried to brand. |
