In the store you need to have "Store Credits"

You'll find this on the store page, just above the items:

"Redeem Store Credits Here.
Purchase items with the Credits you get from releasing horses.You have xxxxx Store Credits."

You can also buy credits with ebs on the bottom of the page.
It's a 1:1 ratio
