If I try to choose a specific breed for the top yearly EEE producing stallion it will only go to the yearly EEE producers all breeds LB.. I hope that I explained this well

That is normal. That LB is only an overall LB.

The Yearly EEE producer board is an overall LB. You can't pull up individual breeds. I've never been able to, and no one else I know has either.

It's not a bug. It has always been for all breeds not any specific ones.
