If I try to choose a specific breed for the top yearly EEE producing stallion it will only go to the yearly EEE producers all breeds LB.. I hope that I explained this well

That is normal. That LB is only an overall LB.

I have always been able to pull up say like AA yearly EEE producers not just all breeds overall EEE producers..

The Yearly EEE producer board is an overall LB. You can't pull up individual breeds. I've never been able to, and no one else I know has either.
