I just bred this filly this morning at about 2:45 am game time, but it's saying she was born yesterday and is a 2 year old. All the horses I bred earlier in the morning do not have this same problem.

this is not a bug - if you breed foals in the time between daily rollover ( 12pm gametime ) and monthly rollover ( about 2:30am ) they will turn 2yo at rollover ;)

I bred foals before her though and they are all 1 year olds
