What do you do with your EPEs?

Normally I geld all EEP or PEE combos (Even my useless EEE's ) but for some reason, I know EPEs can be a little bit more of a prize to some. Anyway, some help would be appreciated :)

Honestly I think EPEs are awesome to use, because they usually have strengths in intelligence and scope. Sooo many horses are weak in those traits, so EPEs can be used to breed with those horses as long as they train well and produce pretty well overall.

What do you do with your EPEs?
