Hello there!
I am very new to the game, and I think I'm starting to get to grips with it. It's a lot to try to take in at once, but I'm muddling along. I was lucky enough to snag some nice rated horses via auction and I'm slowly picking through the quests and showing my horses. I was just wondering what else I should be working on? I might get a premium account at some point, but I obviously want to make sure I enjoy and am going to stick with the game first. Any advice on things would be much appreciated! |

Start building up an army of show horses (geldings and cycle suppressed mares) as you can. You're going to need a lot of money in this game and showing is the best way to get it.

The top piece of advice when starting out is to stay away from capturing wild horses. They are almost always overpriced for what you get. If you want more horses, use the Search Horses link...you can find lots of PPP and higher foals for 1000 ebs compared to the SSS and lower horses you pay 3000 ebs to capture. I also wasted money doing a bunch of quests when I first started, instead of focusing on getting show horses, learning how to show, and saving for lots and lots of barns. |
