hi i am Artem , owner of the " Orange pineapple " ..i had some trouble finding the right horse but i'll make It :) ..this sure is a great game , i didnt find an horse like one other ! also i set free horses , is It offensive for the breeder ? And last : are there ways to boost horses ? like treats or medicines ..thanks and have a good day , Sorry if i sound rude , i am from Italy so i struggle to keep my english simple , so i cannot do mistakes (mostly ) .

It doesn't matter if you set free a horse. It's yours to do whatever you want with :) A horse's ratings can't be changed, but by breeding horses that compliment eachother's strengths and weaknesses, you increase you chances of getting a good rating.
