I sent Ebs (150k) to another member on Oct 5 (for Premium I am still waiting for her to get me) there is even a forum post confirming I sent ebs.. I looked at my accountant today, and he says I haven't sent anything to her except 3000. I did send that for a horse she had. She has not upgraded me yet or sent me my ebs. I am concerned with the accountant not showing record of me sending them anymore because he was showing it.

Accountant doesnt save data forever.
You can look in your reports to see a history of ebs transfer.

As Eve mentioned, go to Stable > Reports > Money Transfer Report. It will show all EBs transferred to other stables within the last 4 months. |

I see it there.. thank you.. I just wanted to make sure it was still documented as sent until I receive the upgrade.

If you sent payment over a week ago and have not yet received the upgrade as promised, you should reach out to the member directly to have it resolved (unless the agreement was for a future date). If the member refuses to resolve it, contact Cadence Farms/Eve to have it addressed. Please don't bring member issues to the forum. |
