Our stove and hot water heater are both gas powered so we still can cook and take a hot shower at least. It's pretty warm right now, 60° outside, so we're not worried about the reptiles too much right now as it's 70 in the house

I'm looking to find a decent but affordable match to an EEE stallion with the following training:

I've found two EE combo broodmares within my budget which look decent, but obviously they are not perfect. Since I'm pretty new to the game, I'm not so confident in my matching skills, so I need some insight. Are the following mares decent or I shouldn't even consider them?
