How Do I Enter Federations?

I searched a bit, but i cannot found a clear response. How do i enter my horse in Federations? And even Championships?

I see sometime ago (2017) that someone say that in the table "Services" you can registry your horse in these shows, but for me its showing nothing. Don't tell me its a Premium Feature ;-;

It is a premium feature ;)

You better enter Feds at the beginning of a gameyear and do not change riders during the year.
