Hi there. That means that the horse is training at a level higher than the rider, and you need to assign a new rider. :) |

Helpful note: the first things I do when I sign on are go check the riders lounge to make sure they are paid and then click Reports-->Level Up Report. That will show you what horses have increased in level in the past 5 days. If the rider is a higher level than that, you're set (like your horse went to J2 and your rider is D3 because the horse's main show type is D and it leveled up first). But if you have a horse that's now J2 and its rider is J1 (or E1) you need to assign a new rider.
