If you want those things you are going to have to save up more. An upgrade usually costs $150k if you buy it from another member. A round pen and arena costs $100k. You are looking at $350k in total for all three.

However, you can use real money to buy all those things. Go to grow > upgrades and more. I would suggest working on showing to give yourself a good income to afford things like this.
