How do i equip decor? I swear I've checked every tab and available area, however, the only thing I could find in relation to decor was to destroy it or to gift it when I want to wear it.

On your horse's page - click on the Manage Your Horse tab

Then click the Art Editor button on the lower right

This opens the Art Editor Pop Up window
From here you can add decor through the Decor tab, see what Tack is equipped and equip others (although the Tack Up program works much better), and change the Background!
