Double purchased credits?

I wanted to purchase 50k credits to buy 2 filly straws. I enter how many credits I wanted (49040, as I had 960 credits already) I clicked purchase ONCE , and then the page refreshed. My ebs were lower than I had expected so I looked at my accountant. The credits had been charged twice.

I didn't refresh the page or anything. I just tried to buy the filly straws and as I clicked purchase on the filly straws it charged me twice?

edit: the filly straws are in my inventory, but I still have the credits I didn't purchase and I was charged for them as well.
