Is there a way to rearrange the barns?

I am trying to put one of the small barns in the place where a large barn is. So I can not just move the horses from one barn to the other.

It seems I can move them around just not the ones I want to move.

Barns and pastures are put in alphabetical order and left to right. Just be sure to name it that way.
