Okay, I'm a little confused now. I have created my own avatar including my own Sims horse which I created from scratch, and have the files and screenshots to prove it. I have a gorgeous headshot of him I want as my avatar, yet no matter what I do, it gets taken down. I did the (c) thing with my name, as I made it from scratch. Yet still, I come back and it's down again, no matter what I tweak or add.

Can anyone offer me a little advice?

You aren't allowed to use copyrighted art from other games as art as it is stealing. It's the same as using copyrighted photos from Google.

It's hardly stealing when I created the horse myself from scratch. Pretty much every part of the horse is modded, so basically none of it is owned by Sims.

Ofcourse it's owned by the Sims.. otherwise you wouldn't be able to create it ;). I mean, you even have to start up the game in able to do what you do.

The only thing you can claim to be 100% yours if you draw something by hand and out of your hand (using no references)

All games are copyrighted, you can't use screenshots from them sadly.

Arven is right. You can only make art for HEE using stock images.

I made all of mine from scratch it's under the 300x300 and it still won't let me post it. Everything is mine in the photo. It just always says 'invalid link'

Something similar has happened again this time. I drew my /own/ avatar from scratch, and it was still removed for 'not being stock'. So I'm not allowed to use my own art?
