Hey everyone! So I found a bit of a puzzle today... Yesterday, I had about 3 - 4 of my horses with "red riders" in my barn (needed to level up riders). I didn't want to change their riders because they are in Eventing Feds this month, and are working on Qualifying Shows, so I had been leaving them alone for the past 13 days of the month.
I went on today, and none of them had "red riders" anymore, and they have no points from this year either, even though they had some points and "red riders" yesterday. I trained my horses yesterday like I do every Monday, and afterwords they still had "red riders". I also never use my Barn Manager, to avoid the risk of accidentally re-assigning my Fed horses. Today, they no longer have "red riders" and have no Federation points for the year. Has anyone ever had this happen to them? I'm slightly upset given the fact that they were accumulating points, and now they have absolutely nothing. I have been told that it is not possible to be hacked, and that it's possible the horses leveled out with their riders. This confuses me slightly, only because if they leveled out, why would they lose all of their points for the year? They would only lose points if the rider was changed. I was also told that I should post in the Forums to see if anyone has ever had this happen to them, or if there are any other opinions about the situation. Here are the links to my horses as well. I said 3 - 4, but I'm posting all 5 of my horses that are entered into Feds and Qualifying Shows as I do not remember specifically which ones were in the red. Thank you! |

Are you sure about the horses you mentioned? Because neither of them has placed high enough in any show in july to get points. They all pretty much levelled at the end of june or the first week of july so my guess is that first the horses and then the riders levelled so the riders don't show up red any more. I've had riders level up during the week just like horses do, so they might not have levelled straight after training but in the night of monday to tuesday? And the horses have no fed points this game year because none of them are ready to show in eventing lv 8 (always provided those were the horses you noticed). |

Yes, I'm 100% positive about these horses. The only horses that placed above 8th (placing 8th and above still gives you points) were the first and last horse in my list, so they were the only ones that would have had a couple points (1 - 5). Looking now, the rest probably did not have any points because of their placings this month. Technically, they were all showing in Level 7 Eventing Feds still because I had not leveled them up to Level 8, or given them Level 8 riders. So they were basically automatically removed from Level 7 after the riders "leveled out". That still does not make sense why leveling out riders would take away their points though. Point removal only happens when reassigning is done. If what I said about automatic removal when riders level out is true, why did it only take 2 weeks for this to happen? Why do the rest of my horses during an entire month of Federation eventing with the same red rider not level out? |

All five horses were already level 8 at the beginning of the month so they would have been entered in lv 8 eventing, no matter what level their riders were. I might be wrong in this but in my memory only first to 4th place get's any points in showing so placing 5th and lower wouldn't bring you points and no horse has placed better than 5th this month, so none should have gained any points yet. |

If that's true then so be it. There's nothing I can do about the situation anyways, just thought it was weird and unfortunate. Appreciate the feedback though. |
