I have this gap at the top of my drop down, it's two small sections. They both open random places on HEE (it changes). None of my other palettes do it so I'm not sure if it's a palette issue or a HEE bug?

Edit: my other drop downs are all normal.

Pretty sure its a coding issue on the palette. I had one that did that too and I don't remember what I did to fix it but I do recall comparing it to another of my palettes that did not do it and was able to figure out how to fix it.
