I believe the quest wants a pearl foal with creme. Apricot is prlprl, not Prlprl, and CC, where that quest asks for CcrC.

(The wording of the quest should possibly want to switch to 'breed a creme and pearl foal' for clarity?)

It's asking for a Palomino Pearl foal, chestnut is CC. A plain Cremello (ee CcrCcr PrlPrl) x Apricot (ee CC prlprl) match will complete the quest if the foal rates double Premium (:
