no I think it's just "if you currently have one, you then need to use money". your singular pen should always be ebs-purchasable I'd think

I have a horse that has been on the LB for a while now for being a horse with the most points yearly (now at #35). It's coming up RO and he is still on the LB, logical, but I never received an award for it.
When I have another horse on the same LB (#21) and received an award, so I'm thinking it's some sort of bug that didn't send out an award?
Here is proof if needed.
