I have this horse, just bred and rated: https://horseeden.com/horse.php?id=13197716

I am trying to assign this rider to her: https://horseeden.com/rider.php?id=1271817

Current the rider has 8 horses assigned to her and the horse is assigned to no rider. When I attempt to go into the Manage Horse section to assign a rider, it tells me I have no available Level 1 Riders.

I am using Google Chrome on my desktop computer. I did try logging out and back in, in the hopes it would clear it up, but no dice.
