Shouldn't I be able to create an embryo with someone else's Live Cover stud?

I swear I just did with another mare & now I can't find my LC options in Vet Manage Embryos??

The next two pics show that the Stallion drop down only shows my Stallions

Or have we never been able to use live covers for an embryo?
