Hi! I don't think this has been a posted issue yet so I'd like some help!
A few of the mares I bred in November are still unable to be bred even though it's December. This is one of the mares: https://horseeden.com/horse.php?id=29041299
She was bred in November but not in December. However, it says she has had a foal this year and therfore can't be bred. This is an issue for several mares in this pasture.

Is it possible she bred to a frame stallion?
If the foal is LWO, it basically dies in utero and there is no resulting foal to have records of.

You have mares and studs together in the pasture. And at least one stallion is frame, too. So they were pasture breeding and the foal was LWO and auto-deleted from the game.
