Is this part of a premium feture, i just got my upgrade for this next months and had checked on this brood before hand and it said price was "0" (Which it was supposed to be and was , won her brood in a giveaway) and now that i look at it again its 3k? this has happened mutiple times, including times where ive seen this in my mail box as a horse listed as "0" but then i get there and its 3k???

Not a bug. When you use the private brood feature, it adds a 3k fee for being private rather than public
