So I had a colt with monochromatic eyes. (His pupils had two colors instead of one) Well i use an image reroll to hopefully get another drawing of his pattern. After the reroll, his eyes changed and so did his eye gene? Is there any way to fix this and get the monochromatic eyes back?

Just reroll again. It changes phenotype, not genotype

Just want to point out, mono means same. Heterochromatic eyes are different colors
