Not exactly. If you wanted to stay on the same account, you could let your money pile up with daily bonus, without spending it. Or, you can make a new account if your household isn't full yet. The best way is to spend your money wisely. That means not buying horses everyday, not buying art as much, use your money wisely while breeding, and you will be just fine. If you want to make a new account, I would suggest you start collecting PPP+ geldings and show them. That, with the daily bonuses, should give you a boost in ebs. :D
