There have been times when I'm trying to use palette code with quotes. It always breaks, and a backslash magically appears in front of quotes in the code.

For example. Let's say I'm trying to make the seasonal trees above the chatbox disappear, using the code:

img[src*="menu2/trees"] {

display:none;

}

I type that in and hit the submit button.

1. It doesn't work.

2. When I open the palette code again, now it reads

img[src*=*backslash*"menu2/trees*backslash*"] {

display:none;

}

(note: I had to type *backslash* in this post because when I actually try to type a backslash it doesn't appear in my post, for some reason.)

For another example, lets say I'm working with a pseudo element with empy content.

.secondary::before {

content: ' ';

}

When I hit submit, it becomes

.secondary::before {

content: *backslash*' *backslash*';

}

What's going on? User error on my end? Bug? Thanks.

This has always happened to me as well. I don't think the quotes can be used in the CSS for the site.
