I didn't find it, but remember that it was brought up a long time ago. I might have missed it when i looked now though, I can't read very well at the moment due to the brain fog

are you sure it wasn't a horse you accidentally rated but which was wild? Sometimes horses that were captured prior to the quest but rated at a later time, still count for the quest

I'm not sure if this is an actual bug or if someone just scammed me but recently, I won a mare's brood in a forum auction. When the auction was over, I received the gamemail saying *stable name* has put horse *horse name* up to you for 60k. When I clicked on the horse's page, the brood price was 63k. This has happened to me twice now and I'm not sure what the cause is. It was 3k over the said price the first time too. These were two different horses and stables.
