I lost 11k eden bucks after using a capture pass. I dont know where this belongs, but my account say I caught two wild horses at xtime (it was when i used an appaloosa pass)

Whether the appy pass meant I got a free 9ne or not idk, but even if I did pay it wasnt 11k. It was 5k if I had to pay. I am already having a hard time just starting out, loosing random money sucks. Please help if you can.

Depends where you captured also. Jungle is 3k per horse, other places are 6k and 5k. If you captured in those it makes 11k

Only a free pass makes the capture free. if it's a pass that gives you a specific colour, you still have to pay.
