| Ash, agreed, I'm also closed at the moment but I never had issues selling my 3 months at 200k. I suppose it depends on demand at the time |

| I refuse to charge more than 160-170k- it means I usually sell out quick sharp and regularly get messages asking if I have any when I haven't advertised in ages so it works for me |

| While I don't sell upgrades I can say for the most part 3 month upgrades have varied over the last 5-7 years averaging 120k to 170k. I get if the supply is low but demand is high situation however I wouldn't pay more than 170k for a 3 month personally |
