Hello,

I am wanting to check if this is one of the games that allows you to create a second account or if it's one of the games that's one account per person.

I know there a 3 free account per IP limit, but still not sure about the same person owning multiple.

The same person can have up to three free accounts, as long as there are no more than three per household and that individual is the only one that has the free accounts. There is no limit on the amount of premium accounts one can have, but you must be able to keep them premium if you have three free accounts already.
