When I first joined, I named my starter stallion ℭ Smoking Gun and the name was accepted. I decided to try some other symbols and used them on his name to see how it looked, then went to change it back to how it was after I found the one I wanted (for another horse), but now it keeps telling me the name is already in use? How can that be when that was his name before? I tried searching to see if someone else had ended up using the exact same symbol with the same name, but it said no horses could be found that exact name. Not a bug, this has happened to me before. The symbols sometimes read as the same character and it'll tell you that the name is already in use if you try changing just the symbol at one time. Change his entire name to something different without a symbol, then change it back to his original name you want. |

I tried what you suggested and it didn't work. A bunch of other names work just fine with the symbol...but Smoking Gun just won't work. Neither will the name Gunsmoke. I tried "A Smoking Gun" and that worked. I'm not entirely satisfied with that name, but I suppose it will do. Edited at April 20, 2019 01:52 PM by Silver Spurs |
