I have been playing for 1 1/2 months now, but i STILL do not understand the colour and Breed Approval ratings! Can somebody please help me, and explain how they work, or give me a link to a place where they are explained? Because i thought that breeding two P/P/P horses would have a chance at getting an E/E/E, but apparently not! Also, with colour rarity, is it better the higher, or lower the number? For example, is a 1/13563 horse better than a 1/4 horse, or is it the other way round? I need help.

Okay. Let's see if I can help.
A horse's rating is determined at birth, and can be found out through breed approvals. Let us say that you bred an PPP and PPP together like you mentioned. To get a good rating for the match, like EPP, you will want to find horses that compliment each other's weaknesses. For example, if the mare is weak in strength and movement, find a stud strong in those traits and vice versa. However, even if two horses are perfectly matched, random factors will play a part in determining the final result.

1/4 means there are only four total horses with that coloration. So the lower, the better for color. |
