Does it hurt a horse you use for breeding to put them in 'all discipline' specialty clinics? I was told this would mess up their training for people that may want to purchase/breed them.

It will not "hurt" them at all.

But if you put breeding stock into clinics or trail rides, the points they may gain there, will mess up their training bars and so it will make it harder to match them properly.
