I switched from drinking coffee to drinking herbal teas and Gatorade

But really the only times I have issues sleeping is if I eat chocolate or if it is too hot in the bedroom

Yeah that is the downside to my meds. Waking up early sucks. But since my fibromyalgia has been better it has gotten easier

Melatonin will make me fall asleep but not stay asleep. And any sleep medication will make me feel like crap when I wake up
