If you want to be the most successful in terms of show profit and what not, geldings are the way to go. If you are looking at chasing the futurities, you have to make sure you are signing the foal up when you are breeding - I have also done best in these with geldings but this is not necessary. The futurities are only for that year too.

I think so, you can kind of see some freckles on the legs. Probably Splash Belton...

Yes they are, you can see it in the face marking and the jagged marking at the stifle.
