Why Can't I Assign My Horse To My Rider? To assign a Horse to a Rider, you need a rider whose level is the same level as the highest discipline level of your horse. Example: A captured horse is level 2 in all disciplines, so, they should be assigned to a level 2 rider.

How Do I Train My Horses? First, you need to assign your horse to a rider. Next, go to the Training Center in the game menu. Your horse should appear in the list. Click the Train button to train your horses. You may train once per week.

How Do I Get Good Horses? The best and least expensive way to get good horses is to purchase rated horses off the sales board (horse search), or to bid on rated horses in auction. Look for horses that are rated Superb, Premium, or Elite. If you are not upgraded it will be difficult to tell if your captured horses are any good without showing them for some time. Also, when breeding horses, always look for the most talented breeding stock possible to breed your horses to. The Leaderboards and Horse Search are good places to look. Look for studs that are Premium in at least one discipline, and then you know your foal has a good chance at being decent. Lastly, check out the horses in Adam's Auctions. These are gathered from the Free Range and are guaranteed to be Premium in at least one discipline.

How Long Is A Game Year? And When Do Horses Age? A Game Year lasts one real life month. Horses age on the first of each month.

How Do I Earn Game Money? Your stable will receive automatic pay from the bank daily. You can also earn extra money by doing referrals (see Free Eden Bucks under Grow in the game menu). You can also purchase Eden Bucks under Grow in the Game Menu. A strong show string should be the basis of your stable and will earn the most money for you.

How Do I Rate My Horses? Go to Breed Approvals in the game menu and select the horse you wish to rate. Free accounts may rate a horse on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Upgraded accounts may rate unlimited horses.

How Do I Improve My Horses Ratings? A horse's ratings can't be improved. It represent the innate talent your horse was born with for each discpline.

How Do I Feed My Horses? First you must purchase hay. This is done in the Store, which is located under Store in the game menu. Purchase Hay Bales for horses in stalls, and Round Bales for horses in pastures. To determine how much hay you need, go to the Manage Hay link on your Stable Page. It does a breakdown for you there. Once you have hay, click the Feed My Horses button on your stable page in the top box. Your horses will need to be fed once a week.

How Do I Breed My Horses? Go to the Breeding Center in the Game Menu and select your mares and stallions that you wish to breed.

To breed to other member's horses, find a stallion that is up for stud (Search Horses page in the Game Menu). Then click the Breed button on the stallion's page. Select a mare from the drop-down menu and then you should have a new foal. Your horse has to be between 3 and 17 years of age to breed.

How Often Can Horses Be Bred? Mares may breed once per Game Year. Stallions may do up to 20 live covers per Game Year. If you are upgraded you may pull straws from your Stallions for additional breedings.

Why Can't I Enter My Horses Into Shows? If your horses can't enter shows, there should a message atop the horse page that says why they can't be entered. The main reasons would be: Your horse needs to be assigned to a rider, you don't have enough Eden Bucks to cover show fees, your rider hasn't been paid, or your horses haven't been fed.

How Many Shows Can I Enter Per Week? You can enter each horse in up to 3 regular shows per week. You can also enter your horse into as many member hosted shows as you like. (One per day per horse) If you are upgraded, you can enter additional special shows if your horses qualify (See the Game Guide).

When Do Shows Run? Shows run every night around midnight Gametime.

How Does A Horse Move Up To The Next Show Level? Your horses move up levels by training. Training may be done once a week in the Training Center. The more talent (better ratings) your horse has, the faster they will level up. Generally, it takes a Premium horse about a month to level up. Less talented horses take longer.

How Do I Find The Horses I'm Bidding On In Auction? Go to the Auctions page listed in the game menu and click on the Auction Home link. At the bottom of that page it will show you all of the horses you are currently bidding on. You can also increase your bids from that spot.

How Do I Set Up An Auction? Go to the Auctions page listed in the Game Menu. Click on the Auction Home link. Fill out the form with your Auction information. Tip: Dates and Time are in Gametime. Click the Submit button. Next, select the horses you wish to enter into the Auction. You may add/remove horses or cancel your Auction at any time, up to the time it starts.

How Long Do I Have To Wait Until I Can Start A New Auction? You must wait 48 hours after the completion of your previous auction before you can start a new one.

How Do I Pay My Rider? Go to the Rider's Lounge. Click on your Riders red that have a mood of Unhappy or Pissed. They need to be paid. Their will be a button on their page to pay them. If you are Upgraded, there will be a Pay All Riders button at the bottom of your Rider's Lounge to pay all of your riders in one click.

Is There Something That Explains Horse Color Genetics? We have various Sticky Notes in the Genetics section of the Game Forum that describe the genetics in this game.

How Do I Buy A Pasture Or New Barn? Go to Grow in the Game Menu and click the Upgrades And More link. On that page you can purchase upgrades, barns and pasture with either Eden Bucks or USD.

How Do Horses Die Or Retire, and When? Horses begin passing away at age 19. They have a random chance of passing away each week, and the chance increases each year. It is possible to have a dead foal if you cross two White horses or Two Frame horses together. Horses retire from their training discipline when they reach Level 10. They become Schoolmasters and you may use them to give your riders a training boost.

What Level Do Horses Have To Be To Enter The World Games? Level 8 or 9. They do need to Qualify first, see the Game Guide for more info.

Why Can't I Enter My Horses Into The HEEF? Your horse needs to be at least Level 3 in Eventing to enter the HEEF.

How Do I Determine What Discipline To Show My Horses In If They Aren't Rated? If your horses aren't rated and you want to know what they are best at, set them to train in All Discplines and assign them to a rider training in All Disciplines. Then show your horses for a month in all disciplines. After a month, you can tell which they are showing better in, so then set them and their rider to that discipline and show them in that.

What Is The Free Range And Rainbow Bridge? The Free Range is the wild land of Eden, where your horses go when you set them free. Once a week the game clears the horses out of the Free Range. A select few of most talented are rounded up for Adam's Auctions. Of the remainder: The ones with offspring pass away and go to the Rainbow Bridge, and the rest are deleted from the game.

Why Didn't My Barn Manager Enter My Horses Into Shows? In order for your Barn Manager to enter horses into shows, the following conditions should be met: Your horses must be fed, your riders must be paid, you must have enough Eden Bucks to enter shows, your Barn Manager must be paid, and your horses should be added to the Barn Manager BEFORE 4pm Gametime. (The Barn Manager enters horses at 4pm Gametime). Additionally, the Barn Manager only enters horses with enough training to potentially place well. If your horse is new to their level it will take some time for them to train up and for the Barn Manager to enter them. As always you are welcome to enter your horses on the easy enter page.

Why Is My Horse So Short? Foals are born at 10 Hands in height and take 60 real life days to grow to their mature height.

What Do The Red Numbers In My Barn Mean? The red numbers mean that your horse has leveled up before their rider, and so they are at a disadvantage in showing. It would be beneficial to switch your horse to a higher level rider. However, if your horse/rider is entered into a Federation, you may want to wait until the end of the year before switching riders, otherwise you'll need to re-enter them in the Federation. If the number is green, it means the rider is a higher level than the horse, and so they are at a showing advantage.

My Friend Signed Up To Play. Why Haven't I Earned Referral Money Yet? In order to receive referral eden bucks, your friends need to use your referral link to sign up for the game. Your referral link is located under "Free Eden Bucks" in the Game Menu. Referral money will only be paid if your friend signs up and actively plays the game for a while. Just creating an account won't earn money. When the referral is paid to you it will show up in your Accountant.

How Do I Delete My Account? Accounts cannot be manually deleted. They are automatically deleted from the game after 180 days of inactivity. Or, if the account was upgraded, it will be deleted after two years of inactivity. Admins will not delete accounts for you. So, basically, stop logging into your account and it will go away after a while.

I Can't Buy An Upgrade With Real Money. Is There Another Way To Get One? If you're unable to purchase a Premium Account upgrade with real money then you may be in luck. Other game members may be willing to purchase an upgrade for you in trade for eden bucks. Look in the Forum under Upgrade Sales to see if anyone is selling upgrades. Or you can make a want ad on the game Classifieds page. Generally people sell them for 135K+ eden bucks, but you may be able to negotiate. Additionally you can buy upgrades and other features with gift cards.

Why Isn't My Grey Foal Grey? At birth grey foals are their base color. They grey out with age. So your foal's picture will have little to no grey on it. Once they turn 3 and have their adult picture, then they will be grey.

I Accidentally Set My Horse Free. Can I Get It Back? Yes! If you go to "Your Account" in the drop down menu on your Stable Page, there is a form for retrieving your horse.

I Can't Find Where To Change My Stable Colors, My Avatar, My Inventory, My Shoutbox Message Or Anything Else. Under the Stable drop down menu click on Stable Activities. There are many great options there for you to check out.

How Do I Get A Horse? Go to Search > Horses in the Game Menu. Checkmark "For Sale" and any other options you'd like. It's best to purchase a horse that is already rated.

What Is A Store Credit And How Do I Get Those? Store Credits are used for purchasing inventory items in the Store. You get Store Credits for setting free horses to the Free Range. For wild horses you'll receive 40 credits, and for lined horses you'll receive 20 credits. If you donate real life money to the game via the Grow page, you'll receive 5000 credits for each purchase you make.

How Do I Enter My Horse Into A Show? First, your horse needs to be assigned to a Rider. Then, go to your Horse's page and click the "Manage Your Horse" link. There is an option there for entering your horse into a show. Alternatively, you can switch the View form at the bottom of your Barn page to "Showing" and it will display the Easy Show Enter page.

What Does The Heart Next To My Horse's Name In The Breeding Center Mean? It means your horse is up for breeding. If you are brooding mares, it will help you know which ones to not breed.

Where Do I See How Much Game Money I Have? Your game money is listed on your Stable page, near the top in the box that says Stable Info.

What Are Image Rerolls and How Do I Get Those? If you would like a different picture for your horse, you can reroll them to have the markings and patterns regenerated randomly. The horses genes aren't affected. Rerolls are available for puchase on the Grow page. (Grow>Grow in the game menu)

Why Can't I Send EBS To My Friend, Or Buy Their Horse, Or Breed To Their Horse? If you are having problems interacting with your friend's account, it is most likely because you are using the same computer network and the game thinks you are the same person. Try logging in from different networks and see if that fixes it.

What Does Minimum Breeding Rating Mean? Minimum Breeding Rating is the lowest allowable rating a horse may have in order to breed to a mare or stud. This is determined by the mare/stallion owner and is set on the horse page. Any combination of the ratings will work. So, for example if a stud has a minimum breeding rating of PPS, then PPS, PSP, and SPP will all work. Any higer level rating will also work.

Can I Make The Chatbox Go Away? Yes. At the bottom of the Chatbox is a link to make it Hide and you will no longer see it.

Why Is The Chatbox Not Working When I Type Into It? If you are a new member you have to wait one day until you can use the chatbox. If you are an old member you may have received a Timeout or Banning from the chatbox. Check your gamemail to see if there is a game message about that.

Can I Reset My Stable Avatar Or Horse Image? Yes. To reset your stable avatar go to: Stable Page>Drop down menu where it says mailbox>Assign Avatar. There is an option to reset it to the default. To reset a horse image go to: Horse Page>Manage Your Horse>Change Horse Image. There is an option to reset it to the default.

How Do I Change My Settings? Go to your Stable Page and click the drop down menu where it says "Mailbox". Select "Your Account". This page has all of your stable settings.

Why Can't I Post In The Forum? New members have to wait one day before posting in the forums.

I Didn't Receive My Starter Horses. How Do I Get Them? If your account is less than 2 weeks old and you skipped making your Starter horses, there is a link to them on your Stable Page in the Top Box.
