Puck Exactly!! I literally went in after putting in an application one time and the manager looked at me and said "Oh, were not actually hiring right now-" then why are there signs in your window that say "now hiring"?
I've sent over 80 applications now and haven't heard back at all. I'll get interviews, I'll hear back that they "went with someone else" (even though they keep the posting up).
It's all a scam now and even if you "know" somebody, it doesn't do jack squat. I've learned.

I can understand the use of the net now-days, when you have 50+ people all wanting the 1 job you have available, the person doing the hiring, doesn't want to spend the time. Still, I'd want to put eyes on the people I might hire, face to face. Check out their demeanor and all.
If you have Dapple Blend Grain, you can feed it to your horse and their coat will dapple.
The effect will wear off after a few days. One pound of grain will be fed at a time.
If you feed Senior Blend to your senior horse they will have a 10% decreased chance in dying
when the weekly script runs on Monday morning. The effect lasts for one weekly cycle.

Choose a Background for your horse.
Withdraw your horse from it's team. You will lose all team points for this horse. Please discuss this action with the team manager first.
Your horse may show 3 times per week. Shows run daily. Your horse and rider will gain valuable experience from showing. Select a discipline to show in, or scratch from tonight's show.
Showing in the special weekly shows doesn't count against your horse's weekly regular show count.
