@Angels, I take a lot of other supplements and meds to help my conditions so it now just a part of my routine. I have a morning and night pill case. What sucks is the IBguard is expensive, but it beats wanting to end myself because my intestines literally felt like they were ripping themselves apart.

Willow gate, On New years eve I was at a party, and I ate some yummy salami wrapped around cheese, and some pepperoni ones, went home at 2am, couldn't go to sleep.
