I put a special symbol next to all my horse's names who have been fully tracked. It is a big help. I know who to track and who not to track so that it isn't endless clicking through 400+ horses.
Witchy, looking at your horses I see 2 possible reasons: they have not enough training or they levelled up recently so they need to train up to be be showready again

Set Breeding Requirements for your horse. Enter the minimum rating allowable for breeding. When breeding, Any combo of the entered values and higher will be accepted. Leave blank to set to None.
Edit your horse's remarks. Keep all content PG-13.
Choose a Background for your horse.
Withdraw your horse from it's team. You will lose all team points for this horse. Please discuss this action with the team manager first.
Your horse may show 3 times per week. Shows run daily. Your horse and rider will gain valuable experience from showing. Select a discipline to show in, or scratch from tonight's show.
