The breeding standards are about the same as any other dog with papers. Anything without papers can be considered backyard breeding. But that's not the case for the entire breed.
I honestly don't know what you are on about, Witchcraft. All mini "aussies" that are part of the masca / vdh and ASDR are genetically checked, tested for any inherited illness, MDR, Hips, Jaw , eyes and merle tested. There are breeding standards as to what crosses are allowed. They are considered pure bred too. The only reason they are called miniature American Shepherds rather than mini aussies, is because of name reasons.
Tosk I go by the AKC but other kennel clubs can recognize dog breeds but because I donÂ’t live in that country I follow what the AKC standard is :) If theyÂ’re recognized in Germany than itÂ’s okay to breed them there just not here because they arenÂ’t considered a breed here if that makes sense? My thing is a dam and sire need to prove they should be bred (such as titles and testing)
I've been looking for breeders for a while and happened to stumble across this breeder like.. 30 minutes before the pups were born. I just wanted to inquire about the match as I saw the announcement, but there weren't due until a week later. 30 minutes after we had called, the breeder called me back that they just popped out.

Edit your horse's remarks. Keep all content PG-13.
Choose a Background for your horse.
Withdraw your horse from it's team. You will lose all team points for this horse. Please discuss this action with the team manager first.
Your horse may show 3 times per week. Shows run daily. Your horse and rider will gain valuable experience from showing. Select a discipline to show in, or scratch from tonight's show.
Showing in the special weekly shows doesn't count against your horse's weekly regular show count.
