Lynx I just got luck and unlucky at the same time. I had a shield and all the hostile mobs spawn in like 15 block radius of a cave I lit up and somewhat blocked off. xD about 15 zombies 1 skeleton and 1 creeper.
lily when two skeletons attack you, just go behind one of them, and the other will attack it. that will just start a chain and they'll attack each other
If you have Dapple Blend Grain, you can feed it to your horse and their coat will dapple.
The effect will wear off after a few days. One pound of grain will be fed at a time.

Withdraw your horse from it's team. You will lose all team points for this horse. Please discuss this action with the team manager first.
Your horse may show 3 times per week. Shows run daily. Your horse and rider will gain valuable experience from showing. Select a discipline to show in, or scratch from tonight's show.
