"im glad we had a little fun." he said softly, allowing her to take his hand, leaning a little closer to her. It felt calm and right, right there, right then, so Sam didnt say anything, worried he would break the silence. (sorry short! also sorry for lateness)

Ellie smiled softly as she let her hand relax into his, the slightest tiredness hitting her. They walked slowly, allowing themselves to enjoy the last few minutes of quiet. Once they arrived just outside the cabins, they came to a steady halt. "Thank you again..." Ellie said softly, letting go of his hands, "good night!" She purred before giving him a small smile and walking up the steps to her cabin.

"goodnight." sam said, smiling softly at her as he walked off to his cabin, where he fed a sleepy little Ella, who was dozing on his bed, changed intosome pyjamas then slipped into his warm sheets, Ella a warm fuzzy lump by his feet, making littel sniffling noises as he slept.

(It's honestly fine! I myself have been growing away from HEE due to exams.) Ellie closed the door behind her, her smile still present. She tiredly made herself some ramen, ate it groggily before getting herself showered and ready for the sleep she needed. She had gotten so exited at the party, that she didn't realise how much she wanted the sweet sensation on her head hitting the pillow, before slowly managing to drift off into a comfortable sleep.

Sam woke up abruptly to Ella licking his face rapidly, letting out a delighted bark as he opened his eyes. chukling, he stretched then jumped out of bed. He then took a shower, got dressed, fed Ella and walked outside, hair still wet from his wash. After he said good morning to Nero, fed and watered him, he found Ellie sitting groggily on a bench. "tired?" he said, grinning and flopping down next to her.

Ellie did her normal- wake up, dressed, showered, and straight out to the yard. It was times like this when she really wished she didn't have to wake up and sort the horses out. She quickly did her two, feeling herself become more and more tired with every shovel on manure she dumped in her bucket. Eventually though, she found herself finished, on a small bench, feeling as though with every blink she would fall into the claws of sleep when she heard Sam's voice. How long had he been up? She hadn't notice him walking to the barn. She tried to give a smile, "Pff... Me? Never." She scoffed with a quiet joke, "You seem bright though, what's making you so happy?" She asked with a slightly tilted head.

Sam laughed with her a little and said "eh, i dont really know. sometimes you just wake up like that, y'know?" he said, leaning back on the bench and watching the horses eat their food. The sun was just coming up and it cast a lovely golden glow to the idyllic scene before them.

Ellie chuckled softly, "Oh yeah? I guess you just always wake up like that then." She noted with a small smile, looking out over the pastures, "It's nice, like it make you... Well, you. She shrugged, pulling her knees up to her chest and resting her head on them quietly.

Ellie managed to maintain a connstant smile as as they played with the little puppy, scratching her tummy and playing with her. Once she got ahold of a little ball, she threw it for the puppy, watching her chase after it, and giving a good try to catch it before it bounced off her nose. Ella looked so very confused before picking it up and padding back over to the two.
