Ellie frowned as she felt a small drop of rain land on her hand, taking a step deeper into the dry stables as the rain stated to thicken. She assumed that Sam would join her, but after a few moments when he didn't show up next to her, she peered out into the rain and spotted him spinning around childishly. Her smile was uncontrollable as she watched. He looked to be so careless yet happy, of what Ellie could only wish for. She watched him for a moment before taking a couple steps out into the rain so the she could see him clearly. A much regretted decision, as her hair was instantly heavy and clothes stuck to her like glue. Either way, she threw a smile on and joined in after a moment of debating whether or not to make a fool of herself. Edited at May 6, 2021 03:29 PM by Belle

Sams eyes were blinking rapidly as the warm rain pelted down on his body, and yet he saw so clearly. Spinning round and round, he grew dizzy as he looked up into the sky. Suddenly, the world was spinning so quickly, round and round, that he fell over, into a puddle. He didnt quite know what was going on with him, but he felt overjoyed, and fell back on the wet grass, laughing loud and clear. Lying there, arms wide on the ground, looking up at the rain and laughing his head off.

Ellie watched the rain come down in sheets as she spun, so that when the boy sge had joined disappeared from eyesight, she got a little confused. She slowed down as she loofor him, a little disheartened that he left. That was until she heard his bellow of a laugh. Ellie looked at the ground where he was flat in a puddle. She stumbled a step, the world still spinning and peered over him. "What are you doing down there?" She asked with the most joyous smile.

"i dont know!" he said, snorting as the water dripped off his hair, making it go a dark brown color. Ellie was peering at him a little curiously, but Sam didn't care, there was nowhere he wanted to be more. (sorry short!)

Ellie smiled at him brightly before she tucked a few strands of her soaked hair behind her ears to keep it out of her face. She offered him a gentle hand to help him up. She wasn't quite sure why he was quite to exhilarated, but either way, it filled her with joy to see him so exited about.... Well, only God knows why, but whatever it was, it was good. Every smile and laugh he threw to the rain was infectious, so it was no surprise when Ellies own smile became more prominent. Edited at May 7, 2021 11:32 AM by Belle

Sam smiled, accepting he hand and heaving himself up. Shaking the beads of water off his hair, they walked together into the shelter of the stable, Sam once more leaning back against to wood. He peered out to the purple-ish rain. "quite beautiful, isnt it?"

Ellie followed him swiftly into the stable before wringing her hair out and the end of her shirt, "Yeah, when you're not standing in it." She chuckled with a smirk. "But that's not an issue for you since you were perfectly happy laying down and washing you hair in it." She teased him with a laugh before using her hand to ruffle up his damp hair up. Sam pulled a mock-offended face. "dont you know, rain water is the best option for healthy hair." He said in a fake posh voice before laughing a little and attempting to squeeze some of the water out of his hair. "well at least it isn't cold, i guess." Sam said. It was warm outside, so the rain was more like bathwater.

"Mhm, is that what your hair thinks?" She teased him before taking a step back yo avoid the water being chucked at her. "But the fact that it wasn't cold was good," she added with a shrug.

Sam sniffed a strand of hair suspiciously. "urgh. smells like...dirt." he said, laughing a little and flicking it back. By this time the rain had more or less cleared up, leaving the view of a starry sky, the constellations filling Sam's head with lines of the sky.
