"alright hey do you have a shower somewhere I smell like blood sweat and dirt" she asked unhooking her vest
Carl was caught off guard with this question "oh yeah, um, yeah, this way" and he led her to the bathroom "here" he said
Carl felt a sudden urge to stay at the door and listen but no he told himself, that would be incredibly disrespectful. So he walked back to the couch and settled down with the dogs. He just sat there, lost in his thoughts, thinking about Valenciago, Shadow, Raven, showering, getting undressed-No! Why am i thinking about that again?! What is wrong with me? And he shook his head and turned on the news
raven took a quick shower and then got dressed she fou carl watching the news so she slipped out to have some peace with shadow she brushed shadow put on shadows halter and lead rope opened the gate and claimed onto shadows back and whispered "lets run girl" and shadow took off
Carl was laying on the couch, cuddling with the doggos in a light sleep, completely oblivious to Raven finishing her shower and going outside
shadows hooves echoed through the stone as they left the barn. raven whipped out loud not noticing that the window to the riders lounge was open as she cantered towards a trail
Carl awoke with a start. He went outside to see what was up and saw that Shadow was no longer in her stall. Quickly and quietly he grabbed Valenciago's bridle and rode him on his rug after Raven and Shadow. Valenciago was very excited and kept tossing his head around and trying to take off when they finally caught up to Raven
Raven was smiling the wind whipping in her hair the steady feel of shadows back the beat of shadows hooves raven saw a log up ahead and they flew over the log with ease
Carl followed them silently atop Valenciago. He steered his horse towards the log and jumped it very akwardly as Valenciago was a dressage horse and not a jumper. Onwards they galloped quietly after Raven, who was completely oblivious to all of this. They cantered through a forest and stunbled upon a clearing with a small pond
