| Bird You need something Might be more protein, might be more minerals, might just need to eat more There's to much censorship of what people are eating for "diet" reasons somtimes folks are just not eating enough for their lifestyle What are you eating? How active are you? Whats your weight/height ratio? As a 6ft 220 a 2000 calorie diet is not enough food for me. When I'm living a fairly sedentary life I eat about 3000 calories When I'm modertly active i eat about 4000 to 5000 calories |
