| Athena I'll have to get some I got throat candy for right now. Cove, it used to be worse when I was younger. I was allergic to cats and dogs now I rub my face all over them like it's nothing. But when the weather change, hot to cold or cold to hot I tend to get them. It's worse when the weather goes from 90 and down to 70 the next day. Makes it flare up bad. |

| As someone in a house full of allergies, use local honey. Not just the stuff at a chain grocery store. The local honey has local pollen and such |

| Cove my air way is narrow so it could be from my allergies. Mucus drains back into my throat badly, it's getting cooler here to. The doctor are concerned because it's so narrow but it hasn't bugged me much unless am running XD are doing aggressive exercises. |
